I had the privilege of creating this special double portrait of Alice and her favorite horse, Evian. I painted it based on a photograph by Equigeniek, taken during a photoshoot shortly before the final farewell to the horse—who, sadly, had to be put to sleep. Previously, the horse had also lost an eye.
